Shipping policy

Shipping Methods

• We use SF Express as our primary delivery service.
• Local Hong Kong orders will be shipped within 1–3 working days, with delivery taking approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• International orders vary by destination and usually take 7–14 working days.

Processing Time

• In-stock items: Shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Out-of-stock items: Require additional restocking time, usually 7–14 working days, and customers will be notified separately.

Shipping Fees

• Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over HKD$500; HKD$30 shipping fee on orders under HKD$500.
• International: Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and weight, shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SF Express tracking number via SMS or email.

You can track your delivery in real time through the SF Express website or App.
